What is the duration and frequency of a Jam Box subscription?
You can sign up for a pajama box subscription of 12 months, 6 months, 1 month, or seasonal. The 12 month pajama box subscription is consecutive months. The 6 month pajama box subscription is every other month. The seasonal pajama box subscription includes 4 boxes that will be shipped out on any 4 months you choose (great for holidays and changing weather!). For every month you are subscribed, you will receive one box. Each pajama box subscription will automatically renew once the last box is shipped out.
Do I get to keep the pajamas?
Yes! All Jam Box pajamas are yours forever.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, you can pause your subscription for one month at a time. Simply visit the Manage My Profile page. It will automatically resume the following month.
How do I choose which months to receive the seasonal (4 month) Jam Box?
You will need to sign into your account under Manage My Profile. You can choose the 4 dates you would like your Jam Box to ship under the Jam Box Schedule in the dashboard.
How do I update billing, shipping, or size information?
Billing, shipping, and size information can all be updated within your profile, which you can access on the Manage My Profile page. If your pajama box shipment date is the 15th, you must update your profile by the 8th of that month for it to take immediate effect. If your shipment date is the 30th, you must update your profile by the 23rd of that month. Any updates made after those cutoff dates may not take effect until the following order.
How do I renew my Jam Box subscription?
Your pajama box subscription will automatically renew once the last Jam Box is sent out. If you would like to continue receiving your Jam Box at the same frequency, no action is required on your part. If you would like to discontinue your subscription, access your profile on the Manage My Profile page. You can sign up for a different length subscription only after discontinuing the previous subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription?
While you can cancel at any point, you will not receive a refund if you were already billed for your current subscription. In that event, you will continue receiving your regular Jam Box until your subscription ends. If you cancel, your subscription will not be renewed once it completes.
Can I change my subscription length?
Once you are billed for your subscription, you are not able to change the length. If you would like to change the length after your subscription ends, you will need to cancel your original subscription before it renews. You can then sign up for a different length subscription.
Can I request certain brands in my pajama box?
No, you can’t. We will match the pajamas with the preferences you selected when you signed up. You can always update your preferences on your Manage My Profile page.
What brands do you carry?
Jam Box carries high-quality brands that are the best in the industry, and we’re always looking for up-and-coming labels to feature in our boxes. Some examples that might be featured in your pajama box: Sara’s Prints, Esme, Hatley, Skylar Luna, Munki Munki, and Tea. Our hope is to introduce you to your new favorite pajamas—brands you will love and continue to purchase for your little ones in the future.
What sizes do you carry?
2T to children’s size 8.
How do prices compare with retail prices?
There is no markup above retail prices. Because Jam Box works directly with brands, you will ultimately save money on your pajamas by ordering through Jam Box.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed for your first pajama box subscription with your initial payment. You will be charged for 12, 6, 4, or 1 box depending on which subscription length you choose. Each subscription will automatically renew once the last box is sent out.
When will I receive my Jam Box?
Shipments go out on the 15th and 30th of every month. We utilize ground shipping. For a shipment date of the 15th, you must place your order by the 8th of the month. For a shipment date of the 30th, you must place your order by the 23rd of the month. You can check the status of your order on the Confirmation page. And you can always Contact Us with questions regarding your order.
Where does Jam Box ship?
We ship within the continental United States.
How is my pajama box shipped each month?
We utilize ground shipping.
Do you offer returns?
You can only exchange for a different size. If you are unhappy with the style, please add a note to your preferences to allow the stylist to choose a better match the following month. Edit your preferences on the Manage My Profile page.
Do I have to pay to exchange for a different size?
We understand that different brands fit children differently. While you do have to cover the shipping cost of returning the pajamas to us, we will send you a new pair at no charge.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Mail the undesired pajamas in the original packaging to 119 South Emerson Avenue #137, Mount Prospect, IL 60056. Please email email@example.com to let us know the reason. We will ship a different size at no cost once we receive the original pair of pajamas.
What if there is problem with my pajamas?
We do our best to inspect every pair of pajamas prior to shipment, but please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org should you have any issues.

Can I give a Jam Box subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! In fact, we can’t think of a more warm-and-fuzzy gift for friends and family with kids. Use the Gift Giving page to place your order. You can sign up for a subscription of 12 months, 6 months, 4 months, or monthly. The 12 month pajama box subscription is consecutive months. The 6 month pajama box subscription is every other month.
